Hardship arrives faster than paperwork. A shift gets cut, a bill lands early, and a family that was managing last month is not managing this one. Food and basic needs are where that shows up first, and where help works fastest.

We provide emergency groceries and essential care packages without a referral and without an eligibility interview first. If you need it, ask.

Emergency support keeps a family standing. On its own it does not change what next year looks like. This is the part that does.

Workshops, life skills guidance and mentorship for young people, built around what families tell us they are missing rather than what we assume they need. The aim is independence, which means our own involvement should shrink over time.

Most people who need help do not walk into an office and ask for it. They turn up somewhere ordinary first. Open events are that ordinary somewhere.

Health advocacy, inclusive events, and projects run alongside other local organisations. It is also how we learn what Windsor actually needs, which is why it has no end date.
